A much-loved favourite from Barbour’s range, the men’s Classic Beaufort Jacket is a versatile and practical jacket with classic country styling. The simplicity of its design makes it an enduring style, that is steeped in British heritage. Originally designed by Dame Margaret Barbour in 1983, the jacket has a classically simple cut: straight front and rear panels, with stitched on bellow pockets and cut in hand warmer pockets with moleskin lining.
The Classic Beaufort is slightly longer than the traditional Barbour coat and it is crafted in Barbour’s durable 6oz Sylkoil waxed cotton for ultimate protection against the elements. It features a sit-down corduroy collar with storm fly detail to provide extra protection from the wind chill, and Velcro wind cuffs, which are ideal for keeping the wind and rain out.
Like all of Barbour’s Classic Wax Jackets, the Classic Beaufort Jacket is fully interactive with zip in linings and additional hoods, extending the practicality of the jacket to year-round use. If there's an item not on the website but we have it in stock, an order can still be placed over the telephone for delivery or collection. Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and FREE over £75 in order value. Order collection is free, we do not charge for this service. Our online trading remains open 24hrs a day. We are despatching orders efficiently during Monday to Friday.
