Made in Germany from natural ingredients, this easy-to-use cleaner is recommended for leather and Birko-Flor styles, helping to maintain their look and feel over time.
The cleaner comes with an application sponge for mess-free use. Simply shake well, dampen the sponge with lukewarm water, apply 2–3 sprays, and gently cleanse the desired areas. For deeper stains, allow the solution to soak in for longer before repeating the process. Rinse with fresh water and leave your shoes to air dry (never with direct heat).

How to use:
- Shake well before use.
- Prepare a container with lukewarm water.
- Apply 2 – 3 sprays on the damp sponge.
- Clean the upper and/or insole of the shoe.
- Leave to soak for a short time.
- For tough stains, leave to soak for longer and repeat process.
- Clean with fresh water to remove dirt.
- Allow shoes to air dry. Do not place under a radiator.

Stores are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday. Order collection from our Hereford store is available or we can deliver anything (courier permitting) if we have it in stock. If there's an item not on the website but we have it in stock, an order can still be placed over the telephone for delivery or collection. Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and FREE over £100 in order value. Order collection is free, we do not charge for this service. Our online trading remains open 24hrs a day. We are despatching orders efficiently during Monday to Friday.

For returns from within the UK mainland, please contact us for a prepaid returns label which will be e-mailed to you along with instructions on how to use the label.
Exchanges - Label is free of charge
Refunds - The label cost of £6.50 will be deducted from your refund.

We accept international returns for refunds only and if a replacement is required, please reorder via the website.
