The Men's Barbour Matfen Chelsea Welly is a rugged Chelsea-style wellington boot designed to deliver dependable comfort and protection in wet weather. Made from a durable EPDM rubber compound with a neoprene lining, it offers excellent flexibility, insulation, and all-day comfort for countryside walks and everyday outdoor wear.
Featuring a dual-density rubber outsole for enhanced grip and stability, these boots are built to perform across a variety of terrains. Signature details include the classic Barbour rubber logo on the front and a Barbour-branded rivet with a high-build webbing logo on the rear pull tab. With a practical 4cm heel and easy pull-on design, the Matfen Chelsea Welly combines heritage styling with reliable all-weather performance.

Stores are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday. Order collection from our Hereford store is available or we can deliver anything (courier permitting) if we have it in stock. If there's an item not on the website but we have it in stock, an order can still be placed over the telephone for delivery or collection. Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and FREE over £100 in order value. Order collection is free, we do not charge for this service. Our online trading remains open 24hrs a day. We are despatching orders efficiently during Monday to Friday.

For returns from within the UK mainland, please contact us for a prepaid returns label which will be e-mailed to you along with instructions on how to use the label.
Exchanges - Label is free of charge
Refunds - The label cost of £6.50 will be deducted from your refund.

We accept international returns for refunds only and if a replacement is required, please reorder via the website.
