Description
The Le Creuset Stoneware Ceramic Baking Beans allow blind-baking to take place of homemade pastry cases and take away the hassle. The ceramic baking beans are durable and long-lasting and spread heat evenly. To blind-bake i.e pre-cook the pastry case without filling simply line the baking tin/dish with pastry and prick it all over with a fork. . Line with foil or baking paper then spread a layer of the ceramic beans evenly on top. The ceramic beans keep the pastry flat.

Stores are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday. Order collection from our Hereford store is available or we can deliver anything (courier permitting) if we have it in stock. If there's an item not on the website but we have it in stock, an order can still be placed over the telephone for delivery or collection. Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and FREE over £75 in order value. Order collection is free, we do not charge for this service. Our online trading remains open 24hrs a day. We are despatching orders efficiently during Monday to Friday.
