The Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick Paella Pan has a 6-layer hard anodised aluminium construction. It's very tough and durable and, even better, it's so easy to clean. Simply let the pan cool down fully and wipe the pan clean with a sponge. If you have some stubborn residue left on the pan, once it's cool, add some warm soapy water, let it soak and it will lift off with ease.
