The Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick Square Grill has a 6-layer hard anodised aluminium construction. It's very tough and durable and, even better, it's so easy to clean: simply let the pan cool down fully and wipe clean with a sponge. If you have some stubborn residue left on the pan, once it's cool, add some warm soapy water, let it soak and it will lift off with ease.
