Description
The LotusGrill charcoal is specifically designed for the Lotus Grill barbecue. This beechwood charcoal burns cleaner and keeps your LotusGrill® BBQ smokeless. The smoke-free designed barbeque will work with other charcoal but it will not burn as cleanly or smoke-free if this charcoal isn't used. This coal will not make any other charcoal barbecue smoke free. The Lotus Grill design combined will almost eliminate smoke.

Delivery
Stores are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday. Order collection from our Hereford store is available or we can deliver anything (courier permitting) if we have it in stock. If there's an item not on the website but we have it in stock, an order can still be placed over the telephone for delivery or collection. Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and FREE over £75 in order value. Order collection is free, we do not charge for this service. Our online trading remains open 24hrs a day. We are despatching orders efficiently during Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy
We accept returns, and will exchange or refund products within 90 days of the delivery date. We offer no quibble refunds providing our Terms and Conditions are met and we can resell the item as unused. If you change your mind or the item is unsuitable, buyer pays to return.
