The 113g Challenger Vacuum Packed Leaf Hops from Youngs is used in aid of homebrewing beer, it has a bitter variety with an exceptionally good aroma. It is used in traditional bitters, Challenger can impart a pleasant and complex marmalade/toffee/citrus flavour, which enhances strong ales. The hops are vacuum packed to ensure they last longer and are still fresh but also great for storage.
