The Birkenstock Zermatt brings all the comfort of Birkenstock into the luxury of your own home. These cosy Birkenstock Zermatt Slippers have a backless mule design that keeps your toes nice and warm while allowing your feet to breathe. The Birkenstock Zermatt premium slippers have a tough, non-slip latex sole that is durable for wear around the house. The textile upper has been crafted from Italian wool felt, complete with decorative stitching to the side, with an embossed Birkenstock logo and metal Birkenstock pin logo on the top of the slipper.
These Birkenstock Zermatt Wool Felt Slippers feature the iconic Birkenstock anatomically shaped cork-latex footbed, which replicates the natural print of your foot for outstanding personal comfort. The cork footbed has been lined with soft suede to maximise the comforting feeling while you're pottering around the house. The cork-latex footbed on these Zermatt Birkenstock Slippers can be removed and replaced with a Soft Footbed or Shearling Footbed, which are available to purchase separately from Birkenstock.
The Zermatt Slipper is available in Birenstock's regular foot width. For accurate sizing, we strongly advise measuring your foot to ensure you select the right size for you. Please refer to our size guide for more detailed size measurements.

Delivery
Stores are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday. Order collection from our Hereford store is available or we can deliver anything (courier permitting) if we have it in stock. If there's an item not on the website but we have it in stock, an order can still be placed over the telephone for delivery or collection. Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and FREE over £100 in order value. Order collection is free, we do not charge for this service. Our online trading remains open 24hrs a day. We are despatching orders efficiently during Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy - 28 Day Return and Exchanges
For returns from within the UK mainland, please contact us for a prepaid returns label which will be e-mailed to you along with instructions on how to use the label.
Exchanges - Label is free of charge
Refunds - The label cost of £6.50 will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from outside of the UK mainland, please read section 2.7 of the International Returns Information.
We accept returns, and will exchange or refund products within 28 days of the delivery date. We accept international returns for refunds only and if a replacement is required, please reorder via the website. We offer no quibble refunds providing our Terms and Conditions are met and we can resell the item as unused. If you change your mind or the item is unsuitable, buyer pays to return. We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible and will inform the customer via email when the return is processed.
