The Kilner Pickle Jar with Lifter makes pickling and serving your favourite preserved foods simple and mess-free. Its clever silicone-coated lifter separates pickled foods from the vinegar or brine, allowing you to lift and serve straight from the jar without having to chase the last gherkin or onion with a fork.
The 1-litre wide-mouth jar is ideal for pickling and preserving larger fruits and vegetables, with a wider opening for easy filling and decanting. The two-piece lid, comprising a tin disc and screw band, helps create a secure vacuum seal to keep contents fresher for longer. Suitable for processing using the water bath method when following recipe instructions, the jar also features embossed millilitre volume markings and the authentic Kilner embossed logo. A recipe and instruction booklet is included to help you get started.
