A LotusGrill replacement charcoal container, for the standard sized LotusGrill model. This container is removed from the barbecue when it is first started, filled with charcoal and replaced after the lighter gel has been lit. It is possible to place further charcoal into the container when it is burning by simply lifting the grid and adding more to it. Be sure to use heat protection when re-filling as the heat can be very hot and will burn quickly if a safe procedure is not followed. This container can also be used as a spare if required so it can be filled and used to replace the whole unit during cooking. New charcoal can be ready to cook within just 3 minutes approx.

Delivery
Stores are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday. Order collection from our Hereford store is available or we can deliver anything (courier permitting) if we have it in stock. If there's an item not on the website but we have it in stock, an order can still be placed over the telephone for delivery or collection. Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and FREE over £100 in order value. Order collection is free, we do not charge for this service. Our online trading remains open 24hrs a day. We are despatching orders efficiently during Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy - 28 Day Return and Exchanges
For returns from within the UK mainland, please contact us for a prepaid returns label which will be e-mailed to you along with instructions on how to use the label.
Exchanges - Label is free of charge
Refunds - The label cost of £6.50 will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from outside of the UK mainland, please read section 2.7 of the International Returns Information.
We accept returns, and will exchange or refund products within 28 days of the delivery date. We accept international returns for refunds only and if a replacement is required, please reorder via the website. We offer no quibble refunds providing our Terms and Conditions are met and we can resell the item as unused. If you change your mind or the item is unsuitable, buyer pays to return. We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible and will inform the customer via email when the return is processed.
